Article 23.61. Federal body of the executive branch responsible for the State registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs

1. The Federal Executive Authority, responsible for the State registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, hears cases of administrative offences. 2. Administrative offences may be tried on behalf of the authority referred to in Part 1 of this Article by: (1) the head of the Federal Office (2) Heads of the territorial bodies of the Federal Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which is responsible for the State registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs; On the executive authority responsible for the State registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs.
