Article 23.60. Federal executive authority responsible for foreign exchange control
1. The Federal Executive Authority, which is responsible for foreign exchange control, deals with administrative offences under article 15, paragraphs 1 to 2.1.4 to 5 and 6.5. 2. Administrative offences may be dealt with on behalf of the authority referred to in Part 1 of this Article by: (1) the head of the federal executive branch The foreign exchange control authority, its deputies, lost its validity 30 days after the date of the official publication of Federal Act No. 307-FZ of 14 October 2014; 2.1 Heads of the structures of the Federal Executive Authority responsible for foreign exchange control, their deputies; (3) the heads of the territorial bodies of the Federal Government Their deputies are the executive branch authorized in the field of foreign exchange control.
