Article 23.66. Control bodies in the field of procurement in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation on the contractual system in the field of procurement

1. The procurement supervisory authorities shall deal with administrative offences under articles 7.30.1, paragraphs 4-9.11, 7.30.2, paragraphs 7.30.7.32.6 (a) above Part 11 of article 9.16 (excluding the scope of the State defence order and the sphere of State secrets), part 7 (c) Article 19.5, article 19.7.2 (except in the sphere of State defence order and the sphere of State secrecy) of this Code. Articles 7.30.1, paragraphs 1 to 4.8, article 7.30.2, article 19.7.2, of the present Code are considered by the Federal Executive Authority, which is empowered to exercise control over the area of the State. In the event that such an administrative offence is initiated by an official of a local government authority authorized to exercise control over the procurement sector. on administrative offences under articles 7.30.1, paragraphs 1 to 4.8 and 9 of article 7.30.2 of the present Code, committed in the course of the procurement of goods, works and services for the federal executive authority authorized to exercise control over the procurement sector, if the administrative authority is in a position to do so. 2. Administrative offences may be dealt with on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article within the limits of their powers: (1) the leaders of the fess shall be entitled to consider the cases of administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article, within the limits of their powers. (b) Heads of the federal procurement units and their deputies; and (c) the heads of the federal procurement units and their deputies; Drivers of the territorial bodies of the federal executive bodies in the area of procurement and their deputies; (4) heads of the executive bodies of the entities of the Russian Federation in the area of baccalaureate (5) Heads of the organizational units of the organs of the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the area of procurement and their deputies.
