Article 23.76. Federal executive bodies responsible for State supervision of the destruction of chemical weapons

1. Federal executive bodies responsible for State supervision of the destruction of chemical weapons deal with administrative offences under the statute 2. The following are entitled to hear administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in part one of this article: (1) the heads of the federal executive branch: The authorities responsible for State supervision of the destruction of chemical weapons are their deputies; (2) the heads of the territorial bodies of the federal executive bodies, which are responsible for the destruction of chemical weapons; State oversight of the destruction of chemical weapons, their deputies.
