Article 25.7.

1. In the cases provided for in this Code, any person in charge of an administrative offence may be held to be aware of the fact that he or she has not been involved in the proceedings. 2. In the cases provided for in article 12.21.1, paragraph 12, in respect of administrative offences, the number of persons understood must not be less than two. In addition, the Federal Executive Authority responsible for the federal State transport supervision, head of 27 articles 28.1.1 of the present Code, has made it mandatory for the State party to take measures to ensure the full implementation of its obligations under the Convention. The presence or use of video recordings shall confirm in the record the fact that the proceedings have been carried out in his presence, their content and the results thereof. 4. The author has the right to make comments on the proceedings in progress. 5. If necessary, the person understood may be questioned as a witness in accordance with article 25.6 of the present Code. and the conduct of legal proceedings, with the exception of body searches, these proceedings are carried out in the absence of those understood, which is recorded in the relevant report or the report of the witness.
