Article 29.1.1: Request for legal assistance

1. If it is necessary to take proceedings in the territory of a foreign State as provided for in this Code, the official conducting the proceedings in the case concerning the Minister of a criminal offence, requests legal assistance to the official concerned or to an organ of a foreign State in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation or 2. A request for legal assistance in cases of administrative offences shall be made through (1) the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. — Judicial activities of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation; (2) no longer in force; (3) the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, for and 4. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, with regard to procedural measures 5. The authority authorized under the international treaty of the Russian Federation to provide legal assistance for the submission and receipt of requests; 3. Request for legal assistance in cases of administrative rights A certified translation into the official language of the requested State shall be accompanied by the breakdowns and the documents annexed thereto, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty of the Russian Federation.
