Article 10: Limitations on the exercise of civil rights

1. Civil rights may not be exercised solely with the intent to cause harm to another person, by circumvention of the law for an unlawful purpose or by any other manifestly bad faith 2. In the case of civil rights abuse, civil rights may not be used to limit competition or abuse of a dominant position in the market. The failure to comply with the requirements of paragraph 1 of this article, the court, the arbitral tribunal or the arbitral tribunal shall, taking into account the nature and consequences of the abuse committed, deny the person protection. 3. In the event of an abuse of the right through acts of circumvention of the law against the law, the law shall be applied in whole or in part, and shall apply other measures provided for by law. 4. If the abuse of the right has resulted in an abuse of the right, the consequences of such acts shall apply, since the other consequences of such acts are not set forth in this Code. 5. The integrity of the participants in civil relations and the reasonableness of their actions are presumed.
