Article 1002. Termination of a contract by a commission

The commission ' s contract is terminated by: the commissioner ' s refusal to perform the contract; the commissioner ' s refusal to perform the contract in the cases provided for by the contract; the commissioner ' s death, etc. Expending him to be incapable, limited in capacity or absent; recognizing an individual entrepreneur who is a commissioner as insolvent (bank). As the commissioner is insolvent (bankroth) his rights and obligations in the transactions he has entered into for the Comitant pursuant to the latter ' s instructions, they move to the Comitent.
