Article 1004. Refusal by the commissioner of performance of the commission ' s contract

1. The commissioner shall not, unless otherwise provided in the commission ' s contract, refuse to perform it, except if the contract is concluded without specifying its duration. The co-sioner must notify the commissioner of the termination not later than thirty days if the longer period of notice is not provided for by the contract. 2. The Committee must dispose of its property under the supervision of the commissioner within fifteen days of receipt of the notification. If the commissioner refuses to execute the order, unless the commission has agreed to a different period of time, the commissioner is entitled to deposit the property at the expense of the commissioner or so on. 3. Unless otherwise provided for in the Commission ' s contract, the commissioner who refused to perform the commission shall retain the right to commission. The Panel recommends no award of compensation in the amount of US$ 35,000 for transactions that it had made prior to the termination of the contract, as well as for expenses incurred so far.
