Article 1027: Commercial concession contract

1. Under a commercial concession contract, one party (owner) undertakes to grant to the other party (user) for remuneration for a period of time or without a period of time the right to use in an enterprise A set of exclusive rights of the right holder, including the right to a trademark, a service mark and other contractual rights 2. The contract of a commercial concession provides for the use of a set of exclusive rights, the right holder ' s commercial reputation and experience to a certain extent (in particular, with minimum and (or) maximum use), indicating or not ores of use in a particular area of business (sale of goods obtained from the right holder or produced by the user) 3. The parties to a commercial concession contract may be commercial organizations and citizens registered as individual undertakings. 4.
