Article 1034: Responsibility of the right holder for user requirements

The right holder has subsidiary responsibility for the user ' s requirements for lack of conformity with the quality of goods, construction, services sold (implemented, provided) by the user. The right holder meets the requirements of the user as the manufacturer of the right holder’s product(s) in solidarity with the user.
