Article 1043: Common property of comrades

1. Property made by comrades in possession of property, as well as products produced as a result of joint activities and the fruits and revenues derived from such activities. The property of their partners shall be cut off from them, unless otherwise determined by law or by a simple partnership agreement, or it shall come out of the substance of the obligation; and the property to which they belong shall be made available to them by their comrades; and Allah is All-Knower, All-Knower. Have, for reasons other than property rights, been used for the benefit of all comrades and constitute, together with the property in their common ownership, the common property of the comrades. 2. The general property of the comrades may be kept by them to one of the legal persons participating in the contract. 4. Obligations of the comrades for the maintenance of common property and the procedure for reimbursement of the costs of the vagaries The failure to comply with these obligations is determined by the contract of a simple partnership.
