Article 1051: Waiver of an indefinite contract of a mere partnership

An application for the withdrawal of a comrade from an indefinite contract of a simple partnership must be made by him not later than three months before the intended withdrawal. and the waiver of the indefinite contract of a mere partnership is null and void.
