Article 1059: Award decision

1. The award shall be awarded and communicated to the public contestees in the manner and within the time-limits set out in the notice of the competition. In the event that such an agreement is not reached, the award shall be distributed in accordance with the agreement reached between the two or more persons. The allocation of the award is determined by the court.
