Article 106.4: Special features of management in a production co-operative

1. The executive organs of the production co-operative shall be the chairman and board of the co-operative if its formation is provided for by law or by the charter of the co-operative. 3. The member of the production co-operative shall have one vote in the decision-making of the general assembly.
