Article 1144: Inheritors of Release 3

1. If there are no heirs of the first and second line, the heirs of the third line are, by law, full and half brothers and sisters of the heirs ' parents (uncles and aunts of the heir). The sovereign brothers and sisters of the heir inherit the correction of the act.
