Article 12.17.2: Right to be applied to the termination of an obligation of set-off

The termination of an obligation of set-off is determined by the law of the country to be applied to the relationship from which the claim against which the set-off is made arises. No set-off by agreement of the parties shall be made by the rules of this Codexao of law to be applicable to the contract.
