Article 1228. Author of intellectual activity

1. The author of an intellectual activity is a citizen whose creative work has produced such a result; the author of an intellectual activity is not recognized as a citizen. No personal creative contribution to the creation of such an outcome, including technical, advisory, organizational or material assistance or assistance to the author, or so on. 2.
