Article 1269: Right of withdrawal

The author has the right, prior to the actual publication of the work, to waive the earlier decision to make it public (right to withdraw), provided that the person who has been excluded exclusively is compensated 2. The rules of this article shall not apply to computer programmes, nor to servicemen. and to works entered into a complex object (art. 1240).
