Article 1306: Use of objects of related rights without the consent of the right holder and without payment of remuneration

The use of objects of related rights without the consent of the right holder and without payment of remuneration is permitted in cases of free use of works (arts. 1273, 1274, 1277, 1278 and 1279) and in and in or as provided for in this chapter.
