Article 132: Enterprise

1. The enterprise shall be recognized as the object of rights as the property complex used to carry out business activities. 2. An enterprise as a whole or part thereof may be the object of sale, pledge, lease and other transactions involving the establishment, alteration and termination of property rights. as a property complex includes all types of property destined for its activities, including land, buildings, installations, equipment, equipment, raw materials, products, rights of demand I, debts, as well as the rights to symbols, individualizing the enterprise, its products, works and services (commercial designations, trade marks, service marks) and other exclusive rights, and not otherwise provided for by law or treaty.
