Article 1321. Effect of an exclusive right to exercise in the territory of the Russian Federation

The exclusive right of execution is applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation in cases where: the perpetrator is a citizen of the Russian Federation; the performance was first carried out in the territory Russian Federation; execution recorded in a phonogram protected in accordance with the provisions of article 1328 of the present Code; performance not recorded in the phonogram included in the communication Air or cable protected in accordance with the provisions of articles 13 to 32 of the present Code; in other cases provided for in the international treaties of the Russian Federation.
