Article 1329: Organization of broadcasting or cable broadcasting

The organization of broadcasting or cable broadcasting is recognized as a legal person who independently determines the content of radio and television broadcasts (cumulative sounds and (or) images or their displays) and wasps. Their broadcast or cable, either by their own means or by third parties.
