Article 1332: Operation of the exclusive right to broadcast radio or television programmes in the territory of the Russian Federation

The exclusive right to broadcast a radio or television programme is applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation if the organization of broadcasting or cable broadcasting takes place in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Federation carries out the communication by means of transmitters located on the territory of the Russian Federation and in other cases provided for in the international treaties of the Russian Federation.
