Article 1355: Public incentives for the creation and use of inventions, useful models and industrial designs

The State shall promote the creation and use of inventions, useful models and industrial designs, and make them available to authors, patent holders and licensees using appropriate models. Inventions, useful models and industrial designs, benefits in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
