Article 1374: Application for a patent for an invention, a useful model or an industrial sample

1. An application for a patent for an invention, a useful model or an industrial model shall be submitted to the Federal Executive Authority on Intellectual Property by a person entitled to an intellectual property licence. 2. An application for a patent for an invention, a useful model or an industrial model shall be submitted in Russian. If the application documents are submitted in another language, the application shall be accompanied by a translation into Russian. e, a useful model or industrial sample is signed by the applicant and, if applied through a patent attorney or other representative, by the applicant or its applicant representative 4. The requirements for the application for a patent for an invention, a useful model or an industrial model shall be established under this Code by the Federal Executive Authority. 5.
