Article 1407: Publication of a court decision on patent infringement

The patent holder is entitled, under article 1252, paragraph 1, subparagraph 5, of the present Code, to request the publication in the official bulletin of the federal executive authority of intellectually the property of the court ' s decision to misuse an invention, a useful model, an industrial pattern or any other violation of its rights.
