Article 1473. Trade name

1. A legal entity that is a commercial organization shall be in civil circulation under its trade name, which shall be defined in its constituent instruments and incorporated into a single instrument. 2. The legal entity ' s name must indicate its organizational and legal form, and 3. A legal person must have the same full trade name and be entitled to use A legal person may also have one full trade name and (or) one abbreviated trade name in any language of the peoples. The legal person ' s legal name in Russian and the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation may contain foreign-language borrowing in Russian trans. 4. In the language of the peoples of the Russian Federation, with the exception of terms and abbreviations reflecting the legal and organizational form of the legal person. The name of a legal person may not include: (1) full or abbreviated official names of foreign States, as well as words derived from such names; (2) full or abbreviated Official names of federal, State and local government bodies; 3) no longer in force since 1 October 2014 (4) Full or abbreviated names of public associations; (5) symbols contrary to the public interest, as well as the principles of humanity and morality. A unitary enterprise may contain an indication of the ownership of such an enterprise by the Russian Federation and the entity of the Russian Federation, respectively. A permit issued in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation or Russia and the words derived from that name shall be permitted. In the event of the withdrawal of the authorization to include the official name of the Russian Federation or Russia as well as the words derived from it in the trade name of the legal person, 5. If the legal person ' s trade name does not conform to the contract, the legal person is required to amend its constituent documents within three months. Article 1231.1 of the present Code, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the present article, the authority responsible for the State registration of legal persons is entitled to bring an action against such a legal person for being forced to expunge. The provisions of article 61, paragraph 3, of the present Code do not apply in this case.
