Article 148.1. Freezing of documentary securities

In accordance with the law or in accordance with the procedure established by it, documentary securities may be deposed, i.e. handed over to a person who, in accordance with the law, is entitled to hold a safe house. Documentary securities and (or) securities rights are covered by articles 149 to 149. 149.5. This Code, unless otherwise provided by law.
