Article 149.1. Execution on non-documentary securities

1. A person ' s performance by a person under the obligation referred to in article 149, paragraph 1, second paragraph, of the present Code shall be deemed to be enforceable without documentary security. There are cases in which a list of persons entitled to claim performance on non-documentary securities is recorded at a certain date. 2. In cases provided for by law, the performance of persons other than those referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall be duly recognized. The 145th Code applies to the relationship of performance on non-documentary securities, unless it is contrary to the substance of the securities.
