Article 169: Inviolability of a transaction made for a purpose contrary to the principles of the rule of law or morality

A transaction made with a purpose known to be contrary to the principles of law and order or morality is null and void and has the effect of being established by the provisions of the 167th present Code. The court may recover in the Russian Federation ' s income all the proceeds of such a transaction from parties acting intentionally or may apply other consequences established by law.
