Article 208. Requirements not subject to the statute of limitations

The time limit does not apply to: claims for the protection of personal non-pecuniary rights and other intangible goods, except as provided by law; claims by depositors to the bank for extradition claims for damage to the life or health of a citizen, but claims filed after three years of the right to compensation for such damage, i.e. No more than three years prior to the filing of an action, except in the cases provided for in Federal Act No. 35-FZ of 6 March 2006 on counter-terrorism, 304); other requirements in the event of a violation of the right of the owner or other owner to remedy any violation of his or her right, even if these violations were not connected with the deprivation of possession (art. 304); Aaah, as prescribed by law.
