Article 212. Persons of ownership

1. Private, State, municipal and other forms of property are recognized in the Russian Federation. 2. Property may be owned by citizens and legal entities, as well as by the Russian Federation. 3. Special features of the acquisition and termination of ownership of property, ownership, use and disposal of property, depending on the nature of the situation in the Russian Federation. In addition, property owned by a citizen or legal person, property owned by the Russian Federation, a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or a municipal entity may be established 4. The law defines the types of property that may only be held in State or municipal property.
