Article 232. Reimbursing and remuneration for the maintenance of street animals

In the event of the return of street pets to the owner, the person who detained the animals and the person in whose possession they were kept and used shall not be entitled to compensation by the owner. A person who has detained street animals shall be entitled to remuneration in accordance with Article 229, paragraph 2, of the present Code.
