Article 236. Waiver of ownership

A citizen or legal person may waive ownership of property belonging to him or her by declaring it or by performing other acts that clearly indicate that he or she has been removed from the property. The right to own, dispose of and dispose of property without the intention to retain any right to the property shall not be subject to the termination of the rights and obligations of the owner in relation to the property. In the case of a person who has acquired the right of ownership of the property, he or she shall be entitled to the right of ownership by another person.
