Article 247. Ownership and use of property held in equity
1. The ownership and use of property held in equity shall be by agreement of all the parties thereto and, in the absence of consent, by the procedure established by the court. A joint property has the right to own and use part of the common property in proportion to its share, and if this is not possible, the owner of the property has the right to claim from the other parties.
