Article 251. Time for the transfer of the share of the right of common property to the buyer under the contract

The share of the common property right shall be transferred to the buyer under the contract from the time of the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise provided by the agreement of the parties. The treaty to be registered by the State is defined in accordance with article 223, paragraph 2, of the present Code.
