Article 282. Seizure of land for public or municipal purposes by court order

1. If the right holder of the confiscated land has not entered into an agreement to seize it, including by reason of disagreement with the decision to seize it, it shall be permissible for the land to be confiscated. 2. The compulsory removal of land for public or municipal purposes is ordered by a court of law. Suspicious seizure of land for public or municipal purposes may be brought before a court during the period of validity of the decision to seize land for public or muna purposes However, the claim cannot be filed before the expiry of ninety days from the date on which the right holder received the draft exclusion agreement.
