Article 288. Property in the accommodation

1. The owner shall exercise the right to own, use and dispose of the dwelling in accordance with his or her appointment. 2. The accommodation shall be intended for the residence of citizens. A resident owner of a dwelling may use it for the personal residence and the residence of members of his or her family. 3. No industrial facilities may be located in residential buildings; the owner may not be accommodated in the premises of enterprises, institutions or organizations owned by him or her until after he or she has completed his or her work. The transfer of premises from residential to non-residential is done in accordance with the procedure laid down by the housing legislation.
