Article 310: Non-permissibility of unilateral refusal to perform an obligation

1. Unilateral waiver and unilateral modification of the conditions of an obligation shall not be permitted, except as provided for in this Code, other laws or other legal instruments. 2. Unilateral modification of the terms and conditions of the obligation relating to the performance of business by all its parties or unilateral waiver of the performance of that obligation is permitted in cases provided for in this Code, other laws, other legal acts or a contract. the right to a unilateral modification of its terms or a waiver of an obligation may only be granted by the treaty to the party not performing the undertaking. 3. Except in cases where the law or other legal act provides for the possibility of the contract granting such a right to the other party. the right to unilateral waiver of the performance of an obligation arising from the performance of business by its parties or to one a further change in the terms of such an obligation may, by agreement of the parties, be due to the need to pay a certain amount of money to the other party.
