Article 323. Creditor ' s rights under a joint and several obligation

1. In the case of joint and several debtors, the creditor is entitled to claim performance from all debtors jointly and from any one of them, both in full and in part. the debtor is not fully satisfied by one of the joint and several debtors, and the joint and several debtors remain liable until then. until the obligation is fully fulfilled.
