Article 326. Solidarity requirements

1. In the event of solidarity, the claims of any of the solidarity creditors are entitled to bring a full claim against the debtor. 2. The debtor is not entitled to raise an objection against the claim of a joint and several creditor based on the debtor ' s relationship with another salt. 3. The performance of an obligation in full to one of the joint-stock creditors exempts the debtor from performance by the other creditors. the creditor that has received performance from the debtor is obliged to reimburse the other creditors in equal shares, unless the relationship between them otherwise results.
