1. Care shall be given to minors between 14 and 18 years of age, as well as to citizens whose capacity is restricted by the court. 2. The commission of transactions which citizens under guardianship are not entitled to perform independently. In the case of a person with mental disorder, they assist the wards in the exercise of their rights and duties and protect them from abuse by third parties.
