Article 366 — Notifications on sponsorship
1. The debtor notified by the guarantor of the creditor ' s claim against it or by the guarantor ' s involvement in the case is obliged to inform the guarantor of any objection to e. Otherwise, the debtor is deprived of the right to raise objections that may have been raised against the claim. 2. The debtor that has discharged the obligation, the secured creditor the guarantor must inform the guarantor immediately, otherwise the guarantor, who in turn has fulfilled his obligation, is entitled to recover from the creditor the improper receipt or delivery of the goods. In the latter case, the debtor is only entitled to collect from the creditor what is not reasonably obtained.
