A proposal addressed to one or more specific persons shall be considered an offer that is sufficiently definite and expresses the intention of the proposer to be considered as having entered into a pre-sentencing agreement. 2. An offer must contain the essential terms of the contract. 2. An offeror shall be bound by the person who sent it from the time it was received by the addressee. The withdrawal of an offer was received earlier or at the same time as the offer itself, and the offer is considered not to have been received.
