Article 437. Invitation to make offers: Public offer

1. Advertisements and other proposals addressed to an indefinite number of persons shall be considered as an invitation to make offers unless otherwise expressly stated in the proposal. A proposal from which the will of the proposer is seen shall be recognized as an offer (public offer) on the terms and conditions specified in the proposal, with any responding party.
