Article 441. Conclusion of a contract on the basis of an offer that does not specify the time period for acceptance

1. When a written offer does not specify the time period for acceptance, the contract shall be deemed to be concluded if the acceptance is received by the person making the offer before the end of the period established by law or by other legal instruments. 2. When an offer is made orally without an indication of the time period for acceptance, the contract shall be deemed to be concluded if a friend I immediately declared its acceptance by the party.
