Article 532. Payment of goods under a contract for the supply of goods for public or municipal purposes

When goods are delivered to buyers under contracts for the supply of goods for public or municipal purposes, the buyer pays the goods at prices determined in accordance with the State. If the buyer pays the goods under the contract of delivery of the goods, there is no other procedure for determining prices and calculations. For public or municipal purposes, the public or municipal employer is recognized as the guarantor of the buyer ' s obligation (arts. 361-367).
