Article 544. Energy charges

1. Energy shall be paid for the amount of energy actually accepted by the subscriber in accordance with the energy accounting data, unless otherwise provided by law, other legal acts or an agreement under article 14. 2. The procedure for calculating energy shall be determined by law, other legal acts or agreement of the parties.
