Article 549. Real property sales contract

Under the contract for the sale of immovable property (the contract for the sale of real property), the seller undertakes to transfer to the buyer ' s property the land, building, construction, apartment or other sub-soil 2. The rules set forth in this paragraph apply to the sale of enterprises insofar as no other provision is made in the rules on the contract for the sale of an enterprise. (arts. 559-566).
